When you have over 800 hp assaulting the rear axle and you decided to switch off the electronic nannies, you’re probably aware of the fact that you may get into trouble. Alas, the driver of the Koenigsegg in the adjacent clip, which was in the exact situation described above, generated a situation for which the word “trouble” is an understatement.
It all happened at the recent Gran Turismo event in Poland, Europe, where the man was trying to put on a show for the 60,000 spectators. At fist, we see him powersliding his Koenigsegg CCR through an u-turn, with the man loosing it towards the end and stopping the car pretty close to the kerb.
However, he doesn’t give up and, upon returning the car on track, he abuses the throttle once again, leaving the scene sideways. Alas, as he hits second gear, the vehicle starts getting out of control.
The driver makes efforts to correct the Koenigsegg, but fails and ends up plowing into the crowd that was watching on the side. The people were only protected by a removable metallic fence, a typical item for this kind of events, at least in that part of the world. The accident reportedly resulted in the injury of 19 people, with other 4 being seriously affected.

Update: here's how normal drivers went through the course.
