The Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG is not exactly the slowest performance SUV in the world, but even so, there some people who think that the 525 hp (or 557 hp with the Performance Package) developed by its 5.5-liter twin-turbocharged V8 are a tad on the low side.
Among some of those there's a company called Gorilla Racing, who decided to upgrade the M-Class' M157 engine to offer no less than 715 hp.
We haven't got a clue about who they are but we have a hunch they're from Russia, which is where this next video is filmed.
The main hero of the footage is the Gorilla Racing ML 63 AMG battling with a number of tuned or stock vehicles in drag races in both the quarter mile and the full mile.
Unfortunately, the Russian DragTimes events seem to either gather a lot of beginner drivers or the time measuring equipment is made in China because most runs seem way too fishy. Why feature the video then, you ask? Because 715 hp Mercedes SUV, that's why.
