A while back we showed you how fast an M3 reaches 280 km/h (175 mph) from a standstill. It was no ordinary M3, the guys from DM Performance turning its power output up to 630 HP thanks to a G-Power supercharger system.
That clip was filmed by the guys from Motorsport Magazine and now, they just published another video with the car, to prove just how fast it is on a track (not just in a straight line).
The lap time they set was 1:22.03, faster than an Audi R8 V10 Plus and a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG (by almost 2 seconds). That’s not the only beautiful part of this clip though. The most beautiful part is hearing that beautiful V8 roar.
That sound will never be forgotten, even with the new M3 and M4 coming out with 6-cylinder engines.
