Wald G55 AMG Black Bison on Renovatio Wheels

We're fairly certain most people would agree this G-Class has been ruined by Japanese tuners, but we don't have the same esthetic sense as the folks in the land of the rising sun.

The W463 G-Class appears to be the G55 AMG, since it still has AMG badges but isn't equipped with the same mirrors as the newer G63. But you need know with these custom projects that change everything about a car.

What we do known for certain is that the body kit created specifically for the G-Wagon is the work of Japanese tuner Wald International. They created a new hood, completely redesigned bumpers, wheel arches, slightly different trim and even inserts to make the rear doors look beefier.

The Japanese customer didn't want his G55 to go off road any more, so he asked for 24-inch Renovatio R13F which are wrapped in surprisingly thin tires.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
