W Motors Lykan Hypersports Revealed in Qatar

It`s not every day that we get to see a very exclusive supercar, from an unknown manufacturer debuting at the 2013 Qatar Motor Show, as the venue is not normally associated with boutique automakers. However, the W Motors Lykan Hypersport is an exception, because the Beirut, Lebanon-based automaker is making what is the Middle East's first real and proper supercar/hypercar.
Only seven units will ever be made, and if you were wondering whether or not it is real, we finally have some videos of its official unveiling to prove to the nay-sayers. The 750 hp supercar, powered by a twin-turbo flat-six engine, was developed in collaboration with established and experienced companies, so it should prove well-engineered.

Also, with blistering performance figures - reaches 100 km/h or 62 mph in 2.8 seconds, before topping out at 395 km/h, or 245 mph. As you`d expect, the W Motors Lykan Hypersport will be very expensive, however at $3.4-million, it is a bit too expensive, perhaps.

We say it is far too much to pay for such a car, even a ultra-rare limited production run hypercar like the Lykan Hypersports. With cars like the Pagani Huayra and the Koenigsegg Agera R out there, the Lebanese car just seems a bit on the expensive side, especially for a car nobody has heard about.
