VW Scirocco by Zubehor and Eibach

Volkswagen’s AG aftermarket subsidiary Volkswagen Zubehor teamed up with the German suspension manufacturer and created an aftermarket package designed to sharpen the dynamic character traits of the Scirocco.

Almost all of the components come directly from the factory, therefore the guarantee and warrantee protection stays intact, while additional features such as stabilizers and wheel spacers are available from Eibach.

The Pro-Kit Performance Springs from Eibach are optimizes the adaptive dynamic damping system (DCC) of this racing version of the Scirocco, so that the driver can customize the hardness of the damping as he or she pleases.

Eibach lowered the vehicle’s centre of gravity, while keeping it at a technically important height of 20 mm, therefore allowing the customer to drive over bumps or on steep entrances to underground car parks with no difficulties.

Moreover, it added the Anti-Roll Kit performance stabilizers and a set of its Pro-Spacer Wheel Spacers so that the new 19-inch 10 spoke motor sport wheels to aesthetically match the Zubehor’s appearance package.

As we said, Volkswagen Zubehor has worked on the aerodynamic kit by adding a front spoiler lip, side sill set and rear spoiler with black coated diffuser elements. However, the highlight of this package is rear roof spoiler, which follows the shape of the Scirocco.

As you can see, there were no modifications brought to the engine configurations, so the racing version of the Scirocco can still be found in two petrol engine versions: a TSI twincharged engine developing 168 horsepower and a 2.0 liter FSI engine which could produce 200 horsepower.
