Because that's what every car magazine will tell you on and on, most people will assume the VW Polo GTI is a bad car, inferior to the Renault Clio RS. While we will admit that when the rubber hits the road, the Clio is more fun and a little bit faster, that's kind of missing the point of a great car.
The Polo GTI is a technology car. It comes as standard with a DSG twin-clutch gearbox that makes it more comfortable and economical at the same time. It's also powered by an advanced engine that has both turbocharging and supercharging at the same time to produce 180 PS from just 1.4 liters. It's almost as economical as a 1.2-liter if you want it to be and almost as fast as a bit 2-liter if that's what you're after.

With its red and black grille, LED accents, fog lights, parking sensors, a sunroom and large alloys, this three-door Polo GTI is quite attractive in its factory form with optional sprinklings. However, the owner wanted that extra little bit more to set it apart from all the other cool cars in Germany, and so he went to wrap specialists Schwaben Folia to fix the boring silver factory color with some matte black with diamond pearl included. The resulting package is so just what the doctor ordered for that weeknight VW club meeting at the local parking lot.
