VW Launches Special Edition Tiguan Track Avenue

German carmaker Volkswagen had just introduced a new special edition of the Tiguan, dubbed Track & Avenue. The new Tiguan model can be ordered in four engine-transmission combinations, all of them with a 6-speed gearbox. Prices for the new Tiguan Track & Avenue begin at 38,225 Euros for the 2.0 l TSI with manual gearbox.

The SUV is available with either the 2.0 TSI engine developing 147 kW (200 horsepower) or the 2.0 liter diesel, available in two power levels, 103 kW (140 horsepower) or 125 kW (170 horsepower).

The new Tiguan Track Avenue has been fitted with standard 19-inch “Savannah” alloy wheels, and it offers a price advantage of over 2,000 Euros when all of its features are taken into consideration.

And to make it special all the way, the model is being offered in a choice of two special exterior colors, namely “Oryx White Pearl Effect” and “Island Grey Pearl Effect”. The package also includes a 25 degree off-road front end, wheel flares and a silver-colored diffuser.

As for interior features, the new Tiguan has exclusive leather upholstery, “Heavy Waxy” in Amaranth, “whose softness and durability make it one of the highest grade leathers,” as the manufacturer says.

In addition, there are sport seats, an RCD 510 radio with Dynaudio sound system, “Climatronic” climate control and a leather-trimmed multifunction steering wheel with colored seams. The package is completed by front fog lights and Bi-Xenon headlights with dynamic curve lighting.
