Volkswagen Amarok R-Style Concept Coming to Worthersee

We’ve already told you that Volskwagen is bringing a 500 hp Golf to this year’s Worthersee event, which kicks off today. We are now back on the topic in order to show you what gathering will bring for the VW Amarok.

Among the multiple concepts and developments that will be released by Volkswagen, we’ll find the Amarok R-Style Concept. This promises to offer an amazing take on the pickup, in terms of both styling and tech goodies.

Under the hood, we find a 3.0-liter V6 TDI delivering 272 hp and 442 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque. The unit works with an eight-speed automatic gearbox and sends its power to all four wheels. As for the 0 to 62 mph sprint, this is completed in 7.9 seconds.

The Amarok uses a wide body kit that changes its appearance entirely, including carbon fiber front and rear bumpers. The vehicle rides on 22-inch wheels wrapped in 295/35 rubber.

As for the cabin of the Volkswagen Amarok R-Style Concept, this receives element such as a carbon fiber dashboard, bucket seats, as well as an angular-styled steering wheel.
