Volkswagen's collaboration with Fender which resulted in the creation of the Fender Beetle last year. This time, it's the smallest and cheapest VW that gets a boost to its sound system, the Up! city car of course.
A new sound system created by Fender has been installed into a special edition Up! and puts out 300 watts through six new speakers: two new woofers in the front doors, two full-range speakers in the back and two small tweeters in the front pillars. Fender also added a subwoofer where the spare wheel used to be.
Of course, that's not the only thing that makes this special edition model more desirable, since the Up! has also been gifted with 16-inch ally wheels black mirrors and black tinted rear windows.
The model will be marketed in Germany as the Groove Up! and offered from €13,775.
