Renault has the Wind they built with Gibson, but for a true touch of musical genius you’ve got to take a look at the Fender Beetle Concept that was hidden by the automaker among some of its other big debuts in Frankfurt this week.
From an aesthetic point of view, the 21st Century Beetle almost looks boring if you only take the black paint, but it’s inside where the music happens. The dash has been inlaid sunburst wood. The Fender logo is present on the boot and C-pillar, while also being embroidered onto the door band and metal knobs throughout the car.

The most impressive feature is a tube amplifier that sticks out from the dash, which isn’t for your radio. In fact, there’s a plug that lets you hook up a guitar and play some killer tunes.
