Volkswagen already confirmed that they will bring the Amarok R-Style Concept at Worthersee, but no actual photos of the study were released, the company showing just a rendering.
However, Autowp managed to get their hands on the first actual pictures of the pickup and shared them so we can now have a glance at the Amarok R-Style Concept before it’s being displayed at the Austrian event.
As a reminder, the pickup concept is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 TDI engine good for 272 HP and 442 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque. Paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission, the mill can take the Amarok R-Style from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 7.9 seconds.
Inside, the design study features bucket seats, a carbon fiber dashboard and an angular-styled steering wheel. Speaking of carbon fiber, the pickup also got its front and rear bumpers rendered out of this lightweight material. As for the 22-inch blackened rims, they are wrapped in 295/35 tires for a more exclusive appearance.
