VLN Crash Peugeot RCZ Crashed at Nurburgring Race

We don’t normally bring you videos from the VLN endurance championship, since there’s not much happening there that’s of relevance to the automotive world, but when we find something it tends to be awesome.

An cold tires, this Peugeot RCZ found the limits of its capabilities and crashed in the Kloster area of the Nurburgring.

The back end of the car steps out immediately, sending the RCZ flipping into the hard metal barrier on the left then ricocheting into the right one.

The driver is clearly shaken up by the crash which took place during the qualifying session of the 5th run VLN 2013. Hopefully, he’s all right and the Peugeot can be mended.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
