Land Rover has just revealed updates for most of its SUV models which will go on sale in late 2013 or early 2014. While we've being offered slightly tweaked versions of their old cars, the Brits are working on a new one.
Back in May, we brought you the first spyshots of what will become the 2015 Freelander, their cheap-ish model sold in the US as the LR2. Now though, we have a short video clip shot at the Nurburgring by TouriClips.
It shows the same Evoque mule body being camouflaged to let us know something fishy is going on under the covers.
Of course, that means the Freelander 3 will have composite aluminum and steel production, thus being lighter and more efficient than before. It should also get the latest generation of 4-cylinder turbo engines.
Styling wise, we should se a smaller, simpler version of the designs seen on the DC 100 Concept or the big Range Rover.
