103 horsepower and doing 0-60 mph (0-97 km/h) in less than 4 seconds
Victory octane is powered by a revised Indian Scout engine, now producing 103 hp. The engine was initially developed for the Project 156, the machine Victory fielded in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb last year.
