A Lamborghini Aventador recently flipped over in California and, as if this wasn’t enough, it seems that this was the only Aventador in the US to be dressed in Verde Scandal.
Despite the supercar looking like a helpless turtle sitting on its sheel, the carbon tub of the Aventador seems to have taken the crash extremely well. Just look at the good condition of the roof after the crash. Alas, other parts of the Lamborghini aren’t doing so well.

The felt front wheel is missing, while the whole front left side is heavily damaged. Fortunately, it seems that nobody was injured during the crash.

The details of the accident are pretty sketchy at the moment, but it seems that the driver was very young - some sources claim he was 17, while other say he was 19. A friend of the drive, reportedly claims the Lambo went airborne and kept this state for around three seconds. However, judging by the state of the roof, this doesn’t seem plausible at all.

We couldn’t find Verde Scandal on Lamborghini’s official color list, but this exact vehicle was being offered for sale back in February. Here’s the link to the ad.

In the gallery below you can see some photos of the crash, as well as other images from the Aventador’s better days, as well as a clip that shows it driving.
