Vauxhall Masterfit, the company’s aftersales program, has brought a fresh breeze to its team, appointing Belinda Craik as Service Channel Manager and Michelle Stokes as Service Channel Programmes Specialist.
Belinda has an automotive experience of twenty years, having spent half of this time in sales and marketing positions at dealerships that belong to BMW and MINI dealerships. Subsequently, she was active in the Used Vehicle Remarketing field, working for carmakers such as Renault and Mercedes-Benz.
“Vauxhall MasterFit is the strongest it has ever been and has one of the most comprehensive customer offerings of its type in the industry. I am delighted to be directly involved at this moment in time; the customer proposition is now being further improved with Lifetime Warranty being extended across the Network Q range as well as on new cars. This is an exciting time to join and I’m very much looking forward to filling this challenging role,” Belinda said.
Stokes comes with a specialist expertise in campaign management, as she has previously worked at top information technology providers, such as BT Engage IT.
“While this will be my first role in the automotive industry, I’m looking forward to the challenge of transferring my skills and working with the rest of the Vauxhall MasterFit team to even further improve on what we offer the consumer,” Michelle said.
The Vauxhall aftersales network includes 400 locations across the UK and is focused on offering services that assure motoring safety.
