Here's one more disturbing dashcam footage, supposedly from Russia, depicting some almost surrealistic scenes at a traffic light stop.
While it's not at all clear what has happened prior to this moment, we cannot say who's to blame more. On one hand, you just don't kick people's cars like that, but we can definitely see a car passenger trying to grab the rider, just moments before the foot kick. A scenario with either of the vehicles cutting the other off just before this takes place is more than likely, again without taking sides and claiming the “cager” or the “organ donor” did this or that.
On the other hand, running your car over a motorist could be charged with assault, property damage, and a lot more, in case the motorcyclist suffers injuries. Shouting all sorts of abuse and swearing is one thing, but driving your car directly into a biker could pass as a criminal offense. Ride safe.
