Ladies and gentlemen, say hello to the most expensive used hybrid car in the automotive world. It's brand new and yet only manages 23 l/100km in city driving. Is it broken? No, it's just the fastest and most powerful production car Ferrari has ever made.
This first used example has just appeared on German online auction website Mobile.de, where a company called SEMCO GmbH from Munich says it will take €2 million plus 19% tax. That's €2.38 million, or $3.25 million at today's exchange rate.
The cool thing about this LaFerrari though is that despite somebody else putting 200 km on he odometer, it's still very desirable. A special plaque that says "limited edition 1499" tells us this is the first production model, and that is really cool.
It does seem a little fishy that the very first used LaFerrari is No.1. If we were to buy this car, say in a parallel universe, we'd ask is this was a press car that was driven hard and then sold to the German dealer.
