Here at autoevolution, we love a special car now and then, even if that special car happens to be a Maserati Quattroporte that's been chopped up into a shooting break/wagon. If combining practicality with big Italian V8 engines is your thing, than we have good news because this car is actually for sale.

The 2009 Maserati Touring Bellagio Fastback by Touring Superleggera is lot number 101 at RM Auction's upcoming Villa Erba event taking place this Sunday, May 25th, 2013.

On home turf in Milano, Italy, this amazing Maserati is expected to bring somewhere between €80.000 - €120.000, which isn't a lot considering what's on offer.

This is another one-off car, built specifically for Dr. Carlo Bonomi, the former president of Ducati. It's powered by a 4.2-liter V8 producing 395 horsepower and purring like a kitten.

If you're still unsure, this last bit of information should tip the scales: this is a real shooting brake, fitted with a rear dog barrier, a gun compartment and a special fridge to cool champagne. Oh, the sweet, sweet life!
