McLaren 720S wraps aren't anything new. After all, we showed you a few of these second skin stunts last year. Nevertheless, none of them were as striking as the one that brought us here.
This visual transformation sees the Woking supercar getting dressed in the Union Jack flag, with the Macca now standing out from a distance.
The design of the wrap comes from digital artist Scott Kepple, whose work we've featured on numerous occasions. The pixel wielder has a fetish for Porsches, but enjoys working on all sorts of machines, Hellcats included.
And, given the layout of the wrap, we can be sure that everybody gets the message, no matter how quickly the supercar drives by.
Speaking of velocity stunts, you should know that this McLaren 720S is part of the 2018 Gumball Rally, with the mid-engined animal being run by Team St Jean.
In fact, we've brought along a piece of footage that showcases the start of the event. The rally kicked off on August 4 and is scheduled to end on August 12. It's worth noting that the final leg of the event is set to take place in Japan, with the finish line awaiting for the participants to reach Tokyo.
The clip, which comes from YouTuber Shmee150 allows you to see all sorts of crazy-colored go-fast machines, some of which might just make this McLaren seem a bit tame.
As it happens these days, the Gumball Rally features multiple VIPs and the 2018 list is led by actor David Hasselhoff, who can be seen manhandling KITT, with this also involving rappers EVE and Wretch 32.
Since this year marks the 20th anniversary of the event, we're expecting plenty of special stunts to be delivered by the end of the rally. And here's to hoping that things stay on the safe side.
