Ukrainian Soldier Almost Killed by a Car, Has No Reaction

This next video shows an Ukrainian solder who has a very close brush with death as a nearby crash has unsuspected repercussions. We can't see exactly why, but a car or truck hits the car filming the incident, sending it into a spin. For a second it seems like a young solder will be hit and pinned against the truck he's trying to fix, but the car breaks with no room to spare.

Surprisingly for a young member of the armed forces, his reactions are the slowest ever. We wouldn't even let him drive the truck. We've watched the video a bunch of times, each time looking for a sign that he recognizes the potentially life threatening crash, which could have ended him right then and there. There are none! If he played the lottery that day, he would have won at least a billion if not more.

The crash was filmed a few days ago in Kharkiv, where violence has erupted. Ukrainian nationalists and pro-Russian activists are facing off for control of the divided city. It's a civil cold war down there, and this boy is right in the middle of it.
