The posh new Peugeot 208 is getting an extra injection of appeal, with a new UK-only special edition, called ‘Intuitive’. It is the second such model to be launched, since the car was revealed last year, the first one being the 208 XY.
The Intuitive can be had both as a three-door and five-door hatchback, and comes loaded with kit. It gets stuff like sat-nav, panoramic ‘Cielo’ roof, which features inbuilt ambient lighting, 16-inch alloys, dual zone climate control, and front fog lights with a ‘cornering function’.
Engines-wise, you can get the 208 Intuitive with a 1.2-liter petrol engine, with 82 hp, a 1.4-liter diesel with 70 hp, or a 1.6-liter 90 hp diesel unit. Safety is also good, as the 208 is one of the safest cars in its class, and comes with six airbags as standard.
Pricing for the special edition kicks off at £14,245, for a car powered by the 1.2-liter engine, and rise to £16,595 for the top spec 90 hp diesel model.
