Ugly Bugatti Veyron Competition Launches on Facebook

No prizes, no worldwide recognition, no nothing. Just the good feeling you get when the entire fan list of a Facebook page tells you that your creation is, by far, the ugliest thing they ever did see.

You all know by now that most of the auto makers that mean something for the industry have tapped into the miracle gadgets of the modern world and thus give you the chance to customize your future ride from the comfort of your one home, without even having to pay a visit to the dealership.

These tools are called configurators and allow you, depending on the manufacturer who operates it, choose everything from the exterior color of the car to the fabric on the seats. Simple and useful...

Somebody with a thing for Bugatti Veyron (we have no idea if it's a good or a bad thing) decided to unleash the possibilities of such a configurator in the hands of the people that otherwise would have never had the curiosity of configuring a car they will never own (and that includes us).

Using Facebook as a platform for the idea, the creator of the page invites all of you to visit the Bugatti configurator, come up with your own displeasing color combination on the super car, post it on the respective Facebook page and cross your fingers in the hopes yours will be the ugliest.

Now, truth be told, we have taken a look at what the users have came up with and, if you are to ask us, no matter the color you paint a super car, you still can't make it look bad. Those who tried hard enough and made it into the final can be seen here.
