Uber Eats Driver Busted Pleasuring Himself After Food Delivery

There is an unwritten rule that says you should never cross or offend someone working in the hospitality industry or they might spit in your food. Or do something even worse.

As it turns out, there are times when people working in this industry do awful things even when you don’t step on their toes. Like this driver working for Uber Eats who is somewhat fond of using the vehicle he delivers food in as the best location to pleasure himself.

It happened in Hackensack, New Jersey and the driver was caught by accident, by one of the clients he had just delivered food to, NBC New York reports. He is identified as Vinicius Porto, a 30-year-old man from Newark, New Jersey, and he is probably not driving for Uber Eats anymore. Hopefully.

“Hackensack police said Wednesday that a 23-year-old woman had ordered food to her home on June 13 through the delivery service app, and noticed the bag it came in was unstapled. When she approached the driver as he sat in his 2016 black Ford Explorer, she noticed he was masturbating, police said,” the report notes.

“The woman recorded the incident before the driver sped off,” adds the same media outlet. Then, she called the cops and reported the man, who was apprehended the next day.

Porto was charged with lewdness and was released on a summons. He is due back in court and he is also probably looking for a new job as we speak.

In recent months, ride-sharing giant Uber has come under criticism for not doing proper background checks on its drivers. This incident with the Uber Eats guy is minor compared to what victims of some Uber drivers went through because there was no background check performed on them upon hiring: anything from assault and sexual harassment, to rape, kidnapping, torture and murder.
