These violent scenes have been recorded by a surveillance camera in Ocana, Colombia and it's obvious that the two scooters were racing or at least pursuing each other at high speed. Two of the bike riders have been severely injured, remaining unconscious on the ground, but no fatalities occurred.
One of the pedestrians was also hurt, even though he attempted to jump over the sliding two-wheeler. The impact speed causes one of the scooters to catch on fire and explode, despite one of the passers-by tries to contain the fire with an extinguisher.
