"In tonight's show, Richard wears a hat" is one of the most famous intros ever to a Top Gear show. That sort of "it's really cool, but we're going to present it as boring" type of attitude is a trademark for the show, and the guys are also using it to promote their latest series.
Top Gear season 21 will start on February 2nd. We've already showed you Clarkson's teaser yesterday, and now two more have been released, showing Richard Hammond and James May. Both clips are 10 seconds long and show Ford Fiesta and Dacia Sandero interiors, indicating an eco challenge is underway.

What do the VW Up!, Ford Fiesta and Dacia Sandero all have in common? Only one thing: 3-cylinder engines. The Up has a 1-liter with 60 or 75 hp. It's lighter and smaller, but has no turbo. The Sandero gets 90 hp from its 0.9 TCe turbo while the Fiesta has a full 100 hp from its 1-liter.

That's about as much of an article as we can dream up from 30 seconds of boring driving by the lads.
