Two C 63 AMGs Crash a Wedding

We've said it once, twice, thrice - heck, we stopped counting how many times. In our opinion, the M156/159 AMG engine is by far the greatest sounding V8 in a production car.

We can't thing of any other stock eight-cylinder mill that can provide a better hair-raising audio experience just by flooring it.

Developed entirely by AMG and not based on an existing Mercedes-Benz engine like all its turbocharged brothers, the 6.2-liter normally-aspirated V8 will soon be replaced by a more eco-friendly, torque-friendly and probably not-as-good-sounding twin-turbocharged 4-liter.

Until that moment arrives, let's just celebrate at the wonderful noise made by the following Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG's revving at what looks like a wedding somewhere in Hamburg, Germany.

The black one is the non-facelift model, since the different-looking headlights and exhaust tips, while the red one is the current C 63 AMG model, still available until the W205 generation arrives sometime next year.

And yes, we realize the two C 63 owners weren't crashing the said wedding but were most likely guests with a fetish for scaring small children with their cars' exhausts. Not exactly the best wedding manners, but they were probably all petrolheads.
