The 2011 Ford Mustang you’re about to see below can pull 9-second quarter miles using a stock Coyote engine and a six-speed automatic transmission.
It may sound hard to believe, but the folks over at That Racing Channel say both the engine and the transmission are factory stock aside from Billet Oil pump gears and a Circle D torque converter respectively.
As you might have already guessed, the Mustang wouldn’t have been able to complete the quarter mile in just nine seconds unless the owner provided it with other modifications, such as Precision 6266 turbos, an air to water intercooler and ID 1300 injectors.
