Fortunately, the guys over at Mighty Car Mods have set out to find out which of the two forced induction pathways works best for the little Mazda.

The Aussies have been on quite a quest and we're here to show you the fourth episode of the boosted MX-5 adventure. Fortunately, they went for a complete approach: the guys bought a pair of second-generation Miatas, gifting one with a blower and strapping a turbo to the other one.

Here's what you need to keep in mind while checking out the piece of footage at the bottom of the page: the Red car is the turbo one, while the Black car packs a supercharger.

For this episode of their adventure, the pair of boosted roadsters has been taken to a skid pad. However, some of you will find the straight line stunts going on in the clip more interesting thatn the ones involving going sideways.

Yes, we're talking about a drag race here. In fact, the two raced on more than a single occasion. And despite these Miatas producing similar levels of power, this was an area where the power delivery was more important that the peak output - is you popcorn ready yet?
