It's been a while since we last saw a German tuning project in the true sense of the world, one that leaves you speechless as you look at every change made to the car.
This Opel Astra J started life as a simple white family vehicle until it was touched by some of Germany's best. The first thing we noticed is the custom black grilles, probably an Irmscher creation. At the back, instead of going for a model-specific setup, a huge universal de-cat is installed, probably sounding like a crazy rally car.

The five-door Astra also gets suicide doors, something which we almost never see these days, as well as new wheels and tinted lights. The last step is a creating a custom finish by wrapping the whole car in anodized matte blue. The mirrors are finished in re, while the roof is carbon black.

This kind of tuning certainly brings back memories and will turn many heads wherever the Astra goes.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
