True Blood Actor Alexander Skarsgard Seen With His Porsche 911

He has been playing Eric Northman, a 1000-year-old, Viking vampire sheriff, local bar owner and potential lover for heroine Sookie Stakchouse, in the popular True Blood series for the last six years. But it was recently announced he would star in the new Tarzan movie, so it’s only normal Alexander Skarsgard would start spending some money and embrace the Hollywood lifestyle.

Alexander Skarsgard was recently seen filling up his Porsche 911 with gas in Hollywood, California. Since we haven’t seen the Swedish actor with this car so far, we’re assuming he bought it recently.

Reports are he is quite excited about his role in the upcoming “Tarzan” movie as it will give him a change of pace after years of filming of True Blood. So maybe he thought he gifted himself with a new car to celebrate.

The actor seems to be quite a fan of the brand, as he was also seen at the wheel of a Porsche Panamera earlier this year. The 911 is the current model and apart from its panoramic glass roof, there is nothing custom about it.

We were not able to bring up official numbers, but looking at the number of actors in Hollywood that drive a Porsche 911, it would seem this is one of the most popular rides in the business. Lindsey Lohan, Benji Madden, Patrick Dempsey and even Hillary Duff were all seen driving one. The list could obviously go on for a long time, but now that we brought up the subject, Jerry Seinfeld pops up into our heads.

After all, the famous comedian is renowned for his jaw-dropping Porsche collection. He even rented a hangar at the Santa Monica Airport, in Santa Monica, California, for an extended period of time during the 1990s for storage of some of the vehicles in his collection.
