True American Road Trip Program by Victory Motorcycles

Polaris’ on-road division Victory Motorcycles recently kicked-off the True American Road Trip program at the International Motorcycle Show (IMS) in New York City, which collects short videos documenting a rider’s idea of the best motorcycle road trip in America. Entries for the program are being accepted until March 31, 2010.

There will be 10 riders selected to plan and execute monthly road trips on two new touring motorcycles, the Victory Cross Country or Victory Cross Roads, and document their trip on various online channels.

“Victory understands the power of a great ride on a great bike. This program allows us to help 10 people fuel their passion with the open road, providing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to share their passion with vast online audiences,”
Josh Kurcinka, Victory’s marketing manager, stated at the program launching.

Anyone with a motorcycle license can submit a video, by recording their own entry and submitting it online at the following link. The same site will also host updates from each monthly road trip, with text, still photos and videos. Online channels such as YouTube and Flickr will also show details of the riders’ adventures.

“The True American Road Trip program is a perfect example of the unique relationship Victory Motorcycles shares with motorcycle riders across the country,”
added Kurcinka. “Victory understands the power of a great ride on a great bike. This program allows us to help 10 people fuel their passion with the open road, providing a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to share their passion with vast online audiences.”
