The worst thing about car crashes is that they cannot be predicted, or anticipated in any way, except when it is already too late to do anything in order to avoid or at least lessen the extent of the damage. Some crashes give drivers a few seconds’ warning, while others happen so quickly, the driver’s brain doesn`t even have time to process what has happened.
Picture driving along on a less-than-cheerful overcast day, on a wet road, and all of a sudden truck which was being driven on the oncoming lane smashes through the barrier between the two lanes, and ends up crashing into a bus, which is located on the lane to your right, traveling in the same direction as you. This is exactly what happened in this video, and the driver and passenger of the car with the dash-mounted camera can really call themselves lucky for having survived this horrific event.
Thankfully for them, the out of control truck hit the bus first, and it slowed it down just enough not to hit their car as well. There was less then a meter in it, in the end.
