Trio of Bugatti Videos Showcasing Current and Future Cars

The first of these new video shows the (old) new Galibier super-sedan which has been in the works for some time. It has been shown before, with it’s striking butterfly bonnet, classy exterior and interior design, it’s bound to whet millionaires’ appetites all over the world. The design harks back to the classic Bugattis of the 30s and 40s, now complimented with a full set of VW derived parts.
It is rumored to get the same W16 powerplant as the current Veyron but with only half the turbos and about 200 hp less. It may be a crude way to describe it but the engine is basically comprised of two 4-liter Audi sourced V8s with turbochargers and driving the same crankshaft. Why not make a bespoke engine for what is definitely going to be one of the world’s most expensive and exclusive cars - something cool like a huge naturally aspirated V16 helped along by electric motors?

The other two videos showcase the Veyron and the philosophy and concept behind it. Bugatti have not come up with anything new in ages and they are trying to remind us what an automotive milestone the Veyron is. We don’t deny it, but we want Bugatti to come up with something genuinely new, for a change.
