Tracy Morgan Looks Weak In First Post-Crash Photo, Still Suing Wall-Mart

Comedian Tracy Morgan was recently seen back home in Cresskill, New Jersey, after he spent one month in a hospital to recover from cracked ribs and badly broken leg. Even though he looked weakened and gaunt, it seems the former “Saturday Night Live” star is slowly getting back on his feet. However, Morgan’s lawyers have already filed a lawsuit against Wall-Mart Stores for the accident.

Tracy Morgan was seen on Sunday at his home, where he continues recovery with “an aggressive outpatient program,” spokesman Lewis Kay explained. According to NYPost, the “30 Rock” star is still using a wheelchair, and his left leg is bandaged - but pals unloaded a walker into his home, and a therapist paid a 45-minute visit on Saturday morning, which was his first full day home following his release on Friday.

“He asked me to pass along his sincerest gratitude to everyone who has helped him get to his point,” Kay told to reporters. The 45-year old comedian lives with his fiancee, model Megan Wollover, and their one year-old daugther, Maven Sonae. Morgan did already one month of hospital recovery and will continue treatment at home after the terrible accident that happened on June 7th, leading to the tragic death of fellow and close friend James “Jimmy Mack” McNair.

Morgan already had his lawyers file a lawsuit against Bentonville, Arkansas-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc. in U.S. District Court in New Jersey, claiming the retailer carries the fault and that it was negligent when a driver of one of its tractor-trailers crashed Morgan’s limousine van.
