Since watching the viral Japanese fast-food ad featuring SpongeBob toys and kids losing their minds over them, we can’t think of something else when hearing about the animated yellow sponge character.
After seeing the ad again and yelling “SpongeBobuuuu” in a funny accent around the office multiple times, we settled down and searched on what is this special cartoon-inspired Highlander.
Toyota has partnered with Nickelodeon to promote their new 2014 Highlander model via the most famous American cartoon character - SpongeBob SquarePants. Also, a cartoon themed Toyota Highlander will be unveiled Saturday July 13th at the San Francisco Giants vs. san Diego Padres baseball game.
We don’t have too much info on what the SpongeBob-Edition Highlander will feature, but with an application from Nickelodeon’s website, we can see at least how it may look. See also the crazy Japanese commercial down bellow.
