"At the forthcoming 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, Toyota will present an exciting new concept that brings Toyota Hybrid System-Racing technology to the road (and track)," Toyota said in a brief statement, while releasing a picture of the Hybrid R logo.

Could this mean we're about to see a system that will go into the upcoming Toyota/BMW developed sportscar? With no information on the table, it looks like we'll just have to keep our shirt on for another month or so. The 2013 edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show will debut on September 10 with two press days. Public access will begins on September 14.
