We know American love their cars big, so SUVs and pickup trucks are widely spread across the Land of Freedom. But while some bought them just for the safety feel, opulence, spaciousness and number of cup holders, some of them have to drive one because of their job.
There are hundreds of thousands of hard working men and women there that are using pickups daily in order to fulfill their assignments. Either hauling scrap parts for recycling, moving fridges or loading a bed-full of machinery and equipment, they need their trucks to be reliable and powerful, rather than having leather upholstery and dual zone climate control.

That’s why AutoGuide made a Top 10 Trucks for the Working Man (or Woman) so people can see their options better when having to choose their ‘working horse’.

And we are proud to say that there are two Toyotas on the list: the compact Tacoma powered by a 159 hp/180 lb-ft 2.7-liter four-cylinder and the full-sized Toyota Tundra which has a 4-liter V6 that produces 270 hp and 278 lb-ft to aid you in the most difficult tasks.

See the two Toyotas and the rest of the pickups that made it in the top here.
