Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro Gets Even Better at 2014 Chicago Show

The Tacoma light pickup was the first model in Toyota’s range to get a factory TRD pack for off-roading enthusiasts. Now, the tradition is still carried away and it comes with even better upgrades.

Off-road performance is increased by TRD Bilstein shocks and springs that gives 1-inch of extra wheel travel at the front and 1.5-inch at the back as well as a 2-inch lift, TRD cat back exhaust system and a set of 16-inch black beadlock style TRD alloy rims wrapped in BFGoodrich tires.

The exterior gains the new Inferno orange finish, unique TOYOTA front grille and TRD PRO badges while inside it gains a TRD shift knob and floor mats.

Price will probably be revealed later this year, with the TRD Pro Series trucks being scheduled to go on sale this fall.
