The era where walking won’t be cool is coming closer and if for now we had the Segway to not-walk at a walking speed, Toyota came with its own concept for the generations that don’t wan to use their feet.
Called the Winglet, the electrically-powered contraption pretty much resembles with the Segway, but it comes with some new features that makes it more convenient to live with.
Unlike the Segway, Toyota’s Winglet comes in a more compact shape, with smaller wheels and a light design, being more easier to store. It also comes in a short version for those that like to live dangerously, without the handles.
The Winglet uses the rider’s body weight to be controlled. The person riding it needs to shift his/hers weight to make the vehicle go forward, backward, left or right. Check it in the new video bellow.
