Now, Toyota has brought a cropped shot of the rear end, revealing an angular tail lamp. We’re not 100% sure right now, but there also seems to be a chrome strip between the lights. Other than that, it’s just a regular sedan, with a boot, badge and license plate holder. The full reveal on the regular sedan and its hybrid version is coming this August 23rd, and we promise to keep you updated.
“Four all-new models will arrive before the end of the year. Leading the way, as we announced earlier this week, will be the all-new Camry and Camry Hybrid,” said Don Esmond, TMS senior vice president for automotive operations.
“Camry will usher in a new level of product excellence for the Toyota brand, designed to meet the changing needs of the 21st Century driver. The new Camry will provide technologically advanced features, a contemporary design inside and out, improved performance and refined ride and handling,” he added.
A couple of months back, the Wall Street Journal said the all-new Camry will be shown soon, with a number of commercials marketing it as "smart, safe and worry-free".
A number of other new arrivals are scheduled this year from Toyota, including a redesigned Avalon sedan, the production version of its Prius c compact hybrid concept, and even the Scion FR-S that we’ve all been waiting for.
