A revamped Toyota Prius Plug-in Hybrid (PHV) has been launched on the Japanese market, featuring some nice interior and exterior touches to make it more trendy.
On the outside, the new Prius Plug-in has received a cool dual-tone paint scheme, LED illuminated logos and new aluminum wheels, while inside, the automaker fitted a new padded compartment box in the dashboard designed to put your smartphone or tablet, as well as dark wood grain inserts on the central console and armrests.
A not too obvious change for the facelift is the upgraded welding technology that has been used to spot weld and enhance the vehicle’s body rigidity.
Offered in four trim levels, prices start at ¥2.85 million for the base L model and go as far as ¥3.99 million for the G Leather variant.
