Toyota has a brand new subcompact hybrid hatchback called the Prius C. It’s making waves in Japan, and it will soon be enjoyed by US consumers as well. Starting this March, the model will be available from $19,710, including destination, processing and handling fee.
There are four trim levels available, with the base “One” coming with nine airbags, ABS, Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction control (TRAC), automatic climate control, steering wheel with audio, climate, multi-information display and Bluetooth hands free phone controls, and remote keyless entry.
For $950 more, you get the Prius C Two that also brings 6-speaker audio system, variable intermittent windshield wipers, a 60/40 split fold-down rear seat with adjustable headrests, cruise control, engine immobilizer, center console with armrest and storage compartment.
The Prius C Three equipment level will get you Enture, Navigation, Multi-information Display, plus Bluetooth hands free phone and voice command controls, a 6.1-inch touchscreen and touch-sensor door locks for $21,635 plus destination.
Lastly, the “Four” model comes with 15-inch alloys, color-keyed heated power outside mirrors with turn signal indicators for $23,970.
