Toyota Prius C Configurator Launched

Toyota has unveiled a brand new hybrid called the Prius C. It’s a hatchback that’s basically the size of the Yaris and is powered by a gas-electric powertrain. The styling might be a bit strange, but it has one good thing going for it: starting this month, it’s available in the US from $19,710, including destination, processing and handling fee.

An online configurator has been launched for the car. You can spec your brand new Prius C using four existing trim levels, with the base “One” coming with nine airbags, ABS, Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction control (TRAC), automatic climate control, steering wheel with audio, climate, multi-information display and Bluetooth hands free phone controls, and remote keyless entry.

The range-topping Prius C “Four” model comes with 15-inch alloys, color-keyed heated power outside mirrors with turn signal indicators for $23,970.

Overall, the configurator is boring and the graphics are too simple. The colors are also blurred, but we can live with all these faults since the Crius C is a very cheap hybrid.
