Toyota’s leaning three-wheeler i-Road we first saw in February has been officially unveiled at the 2013 Combined Exhibition of Advanced Technologies (CEATEC) in Japan.
The small two-seater measures 2,350 mm (7.7 ft) lenght, 850 mm (2.8 ft) wide and 1,445 mm (4.75 ft) tall. With virtually no overhangs, the wheelbase measures 1,700 mm (5.6 ft), the front tires measure 80/80R16 while the one at the back is 130/70R10.
Weighting 300 kg (661 lb), the three-wheeler is powered by an electric motor that can push it up to 45 km/h (about 30 mph). On a charge, the battery will last for about 50 km (31 miles), which is pretty good for urban traffic and short deliveries.
