Twenty two kilometers of the Nordschleife in 90 seconds using a Toyota GT 86? Yes, its a time lapse video, there is no vehicle that can do that huge spaghetti track in such a time.
A TMG GT 86 CS V3 racecar had an onboard camera during a VLN race and the whole nine-minute lap was reduced to just 90 seconds.
The GT 86 CS V3 is one of the race car iterations available for the model if you want an entry-level track dedicated coupe. It was specially developed to run in the V3 class of the VLN series, having a new racing exhaust, track-focused suspension, high-performance brakes and a stronger chassis with an optimized weight distribution.
Under the hood, remains the same 2-liter flat-four gasoline engine making 200 hp, which is not too much for a racecar. But then, it’s an entry level one and still, looking at the video bellow, you’ll see that it does pretty good.
