After making its North American debut at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show, the Toyota FCV Concept was also brought at this year’s North American International Auto Show, so other car enthusiasts can admire it if they missed CES.
Since the new fuel cell vehicle is more of an electronic breakthrough, Toyota decided to show it at the CES. The automaker’s intensive research enables the new FCV concept to have a 300 miles range on a full tank of hydrogen, which can also be refilled in around 3-5 minutes, thus solving the clasic EV charging time.
Producing more than 100 kW, the vehicle will also be able to power an average home for around a week.
