The Toyota Camry may not be as flamboyant as its rival mid size sedans in the class, but its strong performance, high reliability and great fuel economy manages to keep it on the top of the list in the US when it comes to buying a new sedan.
According to recent reports, Toyota sold 39,216 Camrys in May 2013 in the United States, managing to defend its position as best seller for about 15 years.

The 2013 Toyota Camry is well known for its comfort, spacious seats and large trunk. At the same time, the compact sedan comes with 10 airbags, blind spot monitoring and cross traffic alert, features that are not included in base trims competitor.

And the Camry is just the tip of the iceberg, as the Toyota RAV4 recorded an 8 percent sales increase, delivering 20,780 units in the same period, while the Tacoma continued to lead in its segment with 14,727 units sold.
