The two persons said details about the move were shared Friday with seniot Toyota executives, with employees receiving an email Sunday informing them about a Monday morning webcast for further details.

The new location in Dalas’ suburbs will bring together at least three subsidiaries according to what people said, including Toyota Financial Services, Toyota Engineering, Toyota Motor Sales and Manufacturing North America which will bring operations like sales, service, advertising, marketing, manufacturing and quality under one roof.

The other Toyota large facility is located in Kentucky, known as Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. (TEMA), where most of the company’s vehicles are made, including the Camry, Corolla, Highlander, Avalon and RAV4 models.
